5 Bedrooms • 5 Bathrooms 5 Baths • Sleeps 10-12We have completely remodeled and refurbished The Windsor Treasure in 2024. We spent over $200,000 in upgrades. All of the flooring and appliances are brand new. Every piece of furniture is new as well as all of the bedding, linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans etc. The adult bathrooms have all been remodeled with walk-in showers, and the children's bathrooms retained the tub/shower combination. We even replaced every toilet in the home! Every TV was replaced with a new large-screen SMART TV, and two of them have Amazon Firesticks for additional streaming options. We also have an upgraded cable TV package in the home. In our living room we have a fireplace built into the custom TV wall. In the summer months it can be used just for ambiance (you can view the relaxing flames, but with no heat output) and in the winter time you can use the heat option to get cozy. We have a large dining room table in the home, and an equally large dining table in the pool area that has seating for 8 outside. We also have two large-capacity washers and dryers in the home, making the laundry duties go by more quickly.
The biggest upgrade in our home is the professional arcade room. I don't like to call it a "game room". We have game rooms in our other homes. In this home it is a professional arcade with games you might find at Dave & Busters or Chuck-E-Cheese. We have an NBA basketball shooting game, Skee-Ball like you may have played at a seaside boardwalk arcade, two Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift racing games. You can play individually or go head-to-head in two player mode. We have an immersive Dead Storm Pirates game (think Pirates of the Caribbean), where two players sit inside the gaming cabinet to play together. We have a multicade system that has all of the classic arcade games from the 1980s on one machine, such as Pac-Man, Ms Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Space Invaders, and more. Finally, we have an 8 foot long professional air hockey table. The best part? All of these games are set to "free play" for our guests - no quarters needed! Our arcade room has been completely finished and insulated, and the garage doors removed, so it is a true "room". It also has its own dedicated air conditioning system, making it quite cool - even in the warmer months.

Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Treasure. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 5 minute stroll away.
We own FIVE HOMES in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Treasure, The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, The Windsor Fantasy so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know.
There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family.
The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has limited view rear neighbors. While we do have neighbors behind us, they are at a lower elevation, so you only see the top of their pool area, which makes it quieter and less intrusive. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property at the same elevation. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. .
Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own SMART television.
You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training.
Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day.
We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local caretaker who lives about 15 minutes away available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

About the Owner
Donna and I have been married for 30 years, and we have been blessed with 5 children, so we have many years left to enjoy the magic of Disney! We fell in love with Windsor Hills since we are only 2.5 miles away from Disney, and very close to Universal Studios too. We also take time to travel to either coast to swim in the ocean as a day trip (just 1-2 hours away). We just love our location.Location

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We actually have two cancellation policies: The "normal" policy and the "best efforts" policy. The normal policy offers a 100% cash refund if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before your arrival date, a 50% cash refund (minus any VRBO or travel site service fees) for cancellations made up to 45 days before arrival, and a 25% cash refund (minus any VRBO or travel site service fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, although we may be able to provide a credit for future travel dates if we can get those nights re-rented under our “best efforts” policy below. While this is the "official" policy, we have five children ourselves, and we know how plans can change with kids. We are happy to report that we have never had to hold anyone to the "official" policy. The reason being is that our goal is to make guests happy in the hope that they will return to our home year-after-year, and not to add to their stress levels. This is why we also have a "best efforts" policy as follows: In the few instances where a guest has needed to cancel, or the guest had to adjust their number of nights, if we are able to re-rent those particular nights at the same rate, then we are able to apply all or the majority of their payments to a future stay. If we are unable to re-rent those nights, then the payment would be lost. In the few instances this has happened we work closely with the families to try to find a solution that will work, and with the exception of cancellations that are very close to the travel dates, we usually have some level of success getting the nights re-rented. COVID-19: Of course, if dates need to be changed due to travel ban restrictions, then we can allow guests to reschedule their dates even if we are unable to get your nights re-rented. We are very flexible. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy to cover any unexpected medical, work, natural disasters, or travel delays. We own just three vacation homes, and we incur all of the normal expenses of home ownership just as you do. We are not a large hotel chain, so we can’t take on the risk of refunding guests outside of our published cancellation policies. Travelers can’t rely on us to act as your “insurance”. Popular insurance choices are Play Travel Protection offered by Nationwide Insurance or policies offered by Allianz Travel Insurance. Travel insurance will typically not cover cancellations for guests who are nervous or afraid to travel due to COVID-19 or weather related issues (such as a potential hurricane), unless they have purchased Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. GUEST REGISTRATION FORM: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will forward to you our Guest Registration Form where you can provide your guest list for the Windsor Hills security gate.
